Financial Accountant

Due to ongoing growth, this is a newly created role. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Director and will have the opportunity to build relationships across the wider company.
This is full-time position based in our South Wales office.

Duties include:
• Maintaining and reconciling the general ledger ensuring accuracy of financial records.
• Preparation of the monthly management accounts, including cash flow and balance statements.
• Monthly Sales Reporting.
• Month/Year-end reporting.
• Cost Control monitoring and performance.
• Financial system processes and controls.
• Audit preparation and assistance.
• Assistance with preparation of statutory accounts.
• SAP Business One key user.
• Payroll preparation.
• Fleet Management.
• Monitoring of trade debtors to ensure payment within terms.
• Monitoring of trade creditors.
• Progression towards the day to day management of 3 part-time staff members, whose duties include:-
• Accounts Payable
• Credit Control
• VAT Submission
• Bank Reconciliations
• Reception
• Ad-hoc duties as required.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in an accounting role, who is fully or part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent). Working knowledge of SAP Business One would be preferable. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a hands-on attitude, with excellent attention to detail and advanced Excel skills.

Business Development Manager – Patient Pathway Support

The National Bracing Centre (NBC) is an exciting new venture which operates in conjunction with Hospital Innovations and strives to restore function to the lives of people who suffer from Musculoskeletal problems (MSK). If lives are impaired through sports injuries, trauma or long term degenerative conditions like osteoarthritis, the National Bracing Centre will be able to support. The specialist clinical team provide the best possible care based on the condition, whether that is a consultant consultation, a physiotherapy assessment or specialist bracing.

This new role within Hospital Innovations will be to facilitate the development of the National Bracing Centre (NBC), as a service arm of Hospital Innovations to provide pre and post-operative care for patients treated by our user surgeons.
