Sarah is the first port of call for the broad range of incoming enquiries to Hospital Innovations. As the face of Customer Service; quotations, availability, pricing enquiries, order processing and Meniscus matching are all undertaken by Sarah.
Matthew Henson
Inventory and Distribution Coordinator
Matt oversees our inventory warehouse for both the Orthobiologic and Spine divisions of the company. His main duties include overseeing the procurement and distribution of the products and managing the distribution team.
Catrin Morris
Marketing Administrator
Catrin is responsible for ensuring that our product portfolio is fully supported by the availability of product literature, clinical evidence and marketing material. Catrin liaises with our suppliers to ensure that we maintain the highest level of product support. Catrin is also involved in marketing activities relating to surgeon and nurse training.
Lucie Rees-Saunders
Sales Administration Assistant
Lucie is responsible for supporting the sales team in their day to day activities. These include liaising with other departments on behalf of the sales team as well as general administration, customer support and organisational management.
Samantha Taylor
Distribution Assistant
Sam is responsible for the day to day distribution requirement including receiving and despatching goods. She is also responsible for the collection of hire kits and tracking deliveries.
Madeleine Morgan
Marketing Assistant
Madeleine is responsible for providing marketing and product support to our iJoint and iSurge divisions. Madeleine is also trained in Customer Service and Distribution; as a multi-skilled member of staff, she is equipped to respond to a broad range of incoming enquiries from a variety of stakeholders.
Nicky Lester
Business Administrator
Nicky is responsible for coordinating company projects ranging from meeting organisation to corporate initiatives. Nicky is involved in company personnel development; working in conjunction with HR, Nicky liaises with the company management team.
