We are an expanding Supply Chain department and as such we are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic Supply Chain Assistant to join our team.

Job Title:                                             Supply Chain Assistant

Reporting to:                                     Supply Chain Manager

Salary:                                                 £20,500

Hours:                                                 40 hours per week

You will work in a fast paced regulatory environment in a consistent and professional manner ensuring that accuracy is central to all tasks.

Through processing incoming requests efficiently and professionally you will provide a consistently high level of service to customers; ensuring customer loyalty and repeat business.

Key tasks:

  • Process customer requests from enquiry to dispatch in a timely, consistent and professional manner with an excellent level of attention to detail;
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and couriers in writing and verbally, setting realistic timescales for issue resolution;
  • Provide administrative and organisational support to the sales team; responding in a timely and professional manner;
  • Responsible for the acceptance of deliveries into the company including but not limited to collections from hospitals, supplier deliveries and third party orders;
  • Undertake stock management.
