Board Changes as Hospital Innovations looks to the Future

A key reorganisation at senior board level as the company enters a new period of strategic growth

Hospital Innovations has promoted compliance and operations director Sarah Lister-Sims to role of the company's new managing director, while previous MD Phil Davies has been appointed chairman of the board.

Ms. Lister-Sims has worked at Hospital Innovations for over 10 years, joining in 2009 in her most recent role. In her new role as MD, Sarah will be responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of the company, including the planning and implementation of long term business strategies to achieve the company's objectives.

Ms. Lister-Sims said "I am honoured to have been appointed as the new managing director for Hospital Innovations. I look forward to carrying on building on the success Phil has achieved and developing Hospital Innovations further, while working closely with the team to further reinforce the company's position as one of the leading Welsh and UK-wide specialist medical companies."

Mr. Davies added "Sarah has been an outstanding member of the team since she joined more than 10 years ago and this role is a natural progression for her. I am confident that Sarah will be making key strategic appointments in the future and I am confident that the plans we are working on and the new products we are bringing to market will further demonstrate Hospital Innovations' commitment to the whole industry and to enhancing patient care in the UK and beyond."
