Michelle joined Hospital Innovations in January 2026 from Mitie Group, where she worked as an Operations Supervisor at London Heathrow Airport. Her expertise includes business operations, sales administration, supply chain coordination, KPI compliance; and supporting financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliation, and procurement.

Personal:

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, going out for meals or to the cinema and making the most of the outdoors. She is also a keen gardener and grows her own fruit and vegetables.
